Return and Replacement Policy

Our products are handmade using natural ingredients in small batches.  Due to this, there may be some variation in texture, color, and scent.  We strive to provide the highest quality skin care products you can find. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please seek a return or replacement.  Follow details below.

Returns at a Retail Store

If you purchased your product from a retail store, please contact the store directly.

Returns to Peakscents.com

If you purchased your product from Peakscents.com or by phone, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Please include:

  • The product you are returning
  • Your original receipt
  • Your phone number
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Your preference for a refund or product exchange. For product exchange, please indicate clearly which style, size, and color you would prefer.  For refunds to phone orders, please include your credit card number.  

Return shipping is at your own expense.  Sorry, we do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for Peakscents.com sale items or special offers.
