Skin care information
Antioxidants to look for in your skin care program:
-Vitamin C Ester - this is fat-soluble and will absorb into the skin easily. Treats fine lines and wrinkles on severely sun-damaged, sunburned, inflamed or irritated skin, also sagging skin that is losing it's firmness because of lost or damaged collagen.
-Alpha Lipoic Acid - this is both water and fat soluble so it can fight free radicals in any part of the cell. It works to improve the overall appearance of the skin, but it is best for treating problems like lines and wrinkles, under eye bags and puffiness, enlarged pores, acne scars, sallow or dull skin.
-CoenzymeQ10 - is fat soluble and can reach the cell plasma membrane where free radical damage often takes place. Used to treat fine lines on the face.
-DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) - is an antioxidant membrane stabilizer. This nutrient complex is considered a food grade substance and boosts the effects of other antioxidants. Used to firm the skin on the face and body.
-Tocotrienols - very potent form of vitamin E. Effective for repairing damaged skin.

Antioxidants are a group of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that prevent free radical damage to the skin. Free radicals show up on your skin as wrinkles, blemishes, brown or white spots, cancerous and pre-cancerous lesions, little warts, along with sagging and deterioration of the skin.

All of these things can result from exposure to environmental pollution, ultraviolet radiation from TV's, microwaves, radio waves, cellular phones, computer terminals, auto exhaust, etc.

We live in the modern world, so protect your skin with powerful antioxidants that really work to fight against free radicals.
